Looks Like a Classic Tree Ornament — Until They Pull the Cork
Greeting cards get tucked into drawers after December, but a voice-recording glass bottle preserves the sound of the people you love on the Christmas tree every year.
At first glance, the Claus Keepsakes™ Christmas Memory Bottle looks like an heirloom glass curiosity: a miniature evergreen dusted in winter snow, topped with a golden star, and tied with a festive red ribbon around its neck. When your recipient pulls the natural cork stopper, the hidden speaker inside immediately plays the personal message you recorded in your own voice.
There are no smartphone apps to install, no Bluetooth pairing menus, and no QR codes for grandparents to scan. You simply record your message in seconds before gifting—and you can re-record it as many times as you like until the words sound just right.
Instant pull-the-cork playback surprises parents, grandparents, partners, and children
Re-recordable 30-second memory chip lets you practice or update your message anytime
Hangs from a sturdy red satin ribbon on tree branches or stands upright on a mantelpiece
Exclusive Christmas Memory Bottle checkout route — backed by a 90-day guarantee
Lift the cork to hear the recorded voice message; press the cork back in to reset.
How it works
Inside the Christmas Memory Bottle
Four thoughtful details that make recording and listening effortless for any generation.
01
Cork-Triggered Playback Sensor
Built into the upper bottle neck is a precision cork-release sensor wired directly to the internal playback speaker. While the fitted cork stopper rests seated inside the neck, the circuit remains in ultra-low-power standby so it stays ready under the tree. The very moment your loved one lifts the cork out of the bottle, the switch triggers automatically and plays your recorded greeting aloud from start to finish without any tiny buttons to hunt for or complicated menus to navigate.
02
30-Second Re-Recordable Voice Module
An integrated condenser microphone and solid-state audio memory chip capture up to thirty full seconds of speech, holiday wishes, singing, or children's laughter with warm, natural vocal clarity. If you stumble over a word while recording or decide to capture a brand-new family milestone next December, activating the record trigger overwrites the previous clip cleanly while storing your final take in non-volatile memory that holds your voice faithfully year after year without ever needing a smartphone app, cloud account, or computer cable.
03
Snow-Dusted Evergreen & Gold Star Core
Anchored at the centre of the clear bottle is a sculpted miniature Christmas tree accented with white winter snow flock, colourful ornament beads, and a gleaming gold star topper surrounded by soft faux snow across the floor of the vessel. When hung near warm white fairy lights on your Christmas tree or placed beside a candlelit mantel, the curved transparent walls catch and refract the holiday glow like a classic miniature winter snow globe that enchants children and adults alike.
04
Festive Red Ribbon & Tabletop Base
A pre-tied crimson hanging ribbon and decorative collar wrap neatly around the bottle shoulder so you can suspend the ornament straight onto a fir branch, wreath hook, or stocking holder right out of the box. Because the bottom of the bottle is broad and flat, it also stands securely upright on a nightstand, desk, dining centerpiece, or fireplace mantel where grandparents and children can reach the cork easily whenever they want to hear your recorded voice message play aloud at home.

Moments Worth Bottling This Holiday Season

For Grandparents & Far-Away Family
Send the Grandchildren's Voices Across the Country
When you cannot be under the same roof on Christmas morning, mailing a Christmas Memory Bottle pre-recorded with the children's voices turns package opening into an unforgettable moment. Grandparents expect a pretty glass tree decoration—and light up the instant they pull the cork and hear their grandkids wishing them a Merry Christmas in their own excited, unmistakable voices right inside the living room while sitting around the holiday tree with family and friends.
Because playback requires zero technical setup, no internet connection, and no smartphone camera, even older relatives who never use mobile apps or QR codes can listen to the recording whenever they walk past the tree or mantelpiece simply by lifting the cork out and popping it back in when the thirty-second message finishes playing through the built-in speaker. Every bottle arrives with its festive red hanging ribbon already attached and ready for the tree or mantelpiece display.
Bundle 3 Christmas Memory Bottles for $23.95 each ($71.85 total) to gift both sets of grandparents.
First Christmas & Family Traditions
Capture Baby's First Coos, Proposals, or Yearly Time Capsules
Couples celebrating a first Christmas in a new home record a quiet personal note for the tree, while new parents capture a baby's laugh or a toddler's very first rendition of Jingle Bells before their voice changes next year. Many families also use the re-recordable feature to record a fresh thirty-second audio time capsule every Christmas Eve as the children grow up from year to year around the living-room fireplace and family holiday dinner table.

She thought it was just a pretty tree ornament until she pulled the cork
I bought the 3-Bottle bundle ($23.95 each, $71.85 total) so I could have my two children record a personal Christmas greeting for my mum, my mother-in-law, and their great-aunt. When my mum opened hers early before her trip, she admired the little snowy evergreen tree and gold star inside the bottle and had no idea it did anything else until I told her to pull the cork out. The look on her face when she heard the kids shouting 'We love you Nana!' was priceless. She must have pulled that cork ten times in a row with tears in her eyes.

Recorded a message about our first Christmas in our new house
My wife and I just bought our first home this autumn, so I recorded a quiet twenty-five-second message about our first Christmas together under our own roof and hung the Christmas Memory Bottle right near the front of the tree where the fairy lights hit the snowy tree inside. Nothing complicated—just a few honest words from the heart. When she pulled the cork, she listened, smiled at me, and gave me the biggest hug. Being able to re-record it twice before I gave it to her meant I didn't have to worry about messing up the first take at home.
No QR codes or smartphone apps for my 82-year-old dad to figure out
Last year I bought an ornament that required scanning a barcode with a smartphone camera to hear a recorded voice clip, and my eighty-two-year-old dad could never get it to work on his own without calling me for help. The Claus Keepsakes Christmas Memory Bottle is brilliant because the speaker is built right into the ornament and plays the instant he lifts the cork out of the neck. It stands right on his living-room side table next to his armchair so he can listen to his granddaughter's voice whenever he wants without touching a phone, tablet, or computer screen at home.
Clear 30-second audio and a lovely snowy evergreen inside
We were pleasantly surprised by both how loud and clear the thirty-second playback speaker is and how charming the miniature snowy tree looks when the tree lights shine through the clear bottle walls. Thirty seconds is plenty of time for all four of us to say a warm holiday wish without feeling rushed or cut off. Looking at the checkout pricing, 2 Bottles were $63.90 and 3 Bottles were $71.85 ($23.95 each), so getting a third bottle for less than eight dollars more was the easiest holiday gift decision we made all season for our extended family and grandparents this year.
Put a personal message in for my sister and tucked it with her presents
My sister lives three states away and we only get to see each other once a year during the summer. I recorded a funny childhood holiday memory inside the Christmas Memory Bottle, popped the cork stopper back in, and packed it inside her Christmas parcel alongside her other gifts. She called me on FaceTime the minute she opened the box and pulled the cork because hearing a real voice come out of a classic holiday ornament caught her completely by surprise and made us both laugh and cry at the same time over the phone from hundreds of miles apart.
Backed by a 90-day guarantee so you can shop early for December
I always like to finish my Christmas gift shopping in October and early November before the winter shipping rush starts, and standard thirty-day return windows usually expire long before December 25th even arrives. Knowing that Claus Keepsakes backs the Christmas Memory Bottle with a full 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee gave me complete confidence to order two 3-Bottle bundles early for our extended family. Every single bottle arrived well-packaged in protective cushioning with the festive red hanging ribbon attached, and each one recorded and played back our voices clearly on the very first test recording we tried in the kitchen that evening.

How do I record my voice message on the Christmas Memory Bottle?
Recording happens right at home when your bottle arrives—you do not need to upload an audio file at checkout. Simply follow the included quick-start card to hold the recording trigger, speak clearly into the built-in microphone for up to 30 seconds, and seat the cork stopper back into the neck.
Can I re-record the message if I make a mistake?
Yes. The internal solid-state memory chip is fully re-recordable as many times as you like. You can practice and overwrite your recording several times before wrapping the gift so every word sounds just right, or record a brand-new family holiday greeting next December without buying a new bottle for your holiday tree.
How does the recipient play the message?
All your recipient has to do is pull the cork stopper out of the top of the bottle. An integrated neck sensor detects the moment the cork is lifted and plays your recorded 30-second voice message aloud automatically through the built-in speaker—then resets cleanly when the cork is replaced back into the bottle neck.
Does it require a smartphone app, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or a QR code?
No. The Claus Keepsakes™ Christmas Memory Bottle is 100% standalone and self-contained. There are no smartphone apps to install, no Wi-Fi passwords, no Bluetooth pairing menus, and no QR codes to scan, making it effortless for young children, busy parents, and older grandparents alike right out of the holiday gift box.
How long can the recorded message be?
Each Christmas Memory Bottle records up to 30 full seconds of voice or audio. Thirty seconds gives you plenty of time to share a heartfelt personal note, have several grandchildren shout a group holiday greeting, or sing the chorus of a favourite Christmas carol together around the kitchen table at home.
Can it hang on a Christmas tree as well as stand on a table?
Yes. Every bottle is designed with a flat, stable bottom for standing upright on a mantelpiece, bookshelf, desk, or bedside table, plus a pre-attached festive red satin ribbon loop around the neck for hanging directly on a Christmas tree branch, holiday wreath hook, or tabletop ornament stand in your living room.
Why is the 3-Bottle bundle the most popular choice?
On the official Christmas Memory Bottle checkout, 1 Bottle is $39.95 (50% off), 2 Bottles cost $63.90 ($31.95 each, 60% off), and 3 Bottles cost $71.85 ($23.95 each, 70% off)—meaning you get a third Christmas Memory Bottle for just $7.95 more than the 2-pack while saving $168.09 off regular retail.
How is the Christmas Memory Bottle different from the Living Memory Crystal?
The Christmas Memory Bottle ($39.95 single / $23.95 each on 3x) is a voice-recording holiday bottle ornament with a snowy tree inside. The Living Memory Crystal ($79.95 single / $47.95 each on 3x) is a 3D laser-etched photo crystal block. Each has its own separate checkout link so orders never mix.
What is the return policy on the Christmas Memory Bottle?
Every order is covered by Claus Keepsakes' 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee so you can shop early for the holidays with confidence. If you are not completely delighted with your bottle, contact customer care at hello@clauskeepsakes.com within 90 days of purchase for return assistance and a full refund of your purchase price.
